Admissions Process
1. SUBMIT AN APPLICATION
We invite you to submit your application via the online application. There is a $100 application fee.
The date that we receive your application and fee secures your place on the waiting list.
To begin the online application process, you will be directed to create an account within the Parent Portal. Then log in to your account and create a New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account, access your open application and check on your admission status.
2. DETERMINE TUITION TIER (K-6 Only)
Willowwind uses 6 tuition tiers, correlated to household income. Our FACTS application is the procedure for determining which tuition tier you are eligible for. If you review the information and determine you are eligible for Tier 1 tuition, then filling out the FACTS application is not required.

3. NEXT STEPS
Your application will be evaluated for admission. New students are then invited to enroll based upon the date we received the completed application and fee. Admission after the start of the academic year is based upon availability.
