Help Your Child Discover the World

Willowwind is an independent elementary and pre-school for children ages three through twelve. The school was founded in 1972 by a group of educators and parents to provide an innovative approach to education for the Iowa City community. Willowwind is a non-profit tax-exempt corporation financially managed by a board of directors. Since 1972, hundreds of children have benefited from the superior education available at Willowwind School, located at 950 Dover Street in a new, state-of-the-art facility to meet our growing needs.
