Before and After School Program (BSP & ASP)

BSP: 

Students arriving more than 15 minutes before their scheduled class start time are considered to be attending BSP. Please check here for scheduled start times.

ASP: 

Preschool ASP runs from 3:30-6:00 p.m. MTWF and 2:30-6p.m. on Thursday.

Kindergarten-Grade 6 ASP is 3:15-6:00 p.m. MTWF and 2-6:00 p.m. on Thursday. 

Pick Up Policy

Please note that when picking up your child from ASP, all parents are required to enter through the front doors of the school. Parents picking up their child in preschool ASP must enter from the front doors as well. This policy is intended to ensure the safety of everyone in our building and will help ASP staff to be more aware of people entering and exiting the school. 

Full-time Contract
Daily service Before or After School Program (monthly basis)

A full-time contract is paid for at the same time as your monthly automatic tuition payment. If you discover that you would like to sign up for this, please let our office staff know.

K-6 Part-time ASP Contract
Up to 10 uses per month of After School Program

This option allows for up to 10 uses per month, and is designed to accommodate families that need After School Program two or three times a week. Contracts are valid for the month they are purchased; unused days may not “roll over” into the next month.  

If a child using a part-time contract is in attendance more than 10 days during the month, the family will be billed for the difference of a full time ASP contract ($150). 

2024-2025 Cost:

PreK-6 BSP:  $130 monthly

Full-time K-6 ASP:  $330 monthly & PreK:  $200 monthly

K-6 ASP half-time:  $180 (10 visits)
